AUTUMN COURSE MINDFULNESS FOR INSIGHT AND GROUNDING - Sundays September 8th to October 27th
This is a new course for students who have completed the first course and wish to take their practice to a deeper level.
Philosophy and Content It is aimed at looking deeper into mindfulness and meditation. We will cover a number of Zen meditation techniques and practices designed to explore what it means to develop a sense of physical and energetic grounding, and to have an understanding of yourself and the nature of reality. The only prerequisite is a keen desire or intention to know more about who you really are! For further details go to the Course Content.

The full cost of the course is £115
IMPORTANT NOTE: This course is designed to contribute to your own personal growth and wellbeing and is not intended to act as, or replace, a form of therapy. Courses are open to a wide range of interested students, but are not suitable for those with psychiatric illness or serious mental health conditions, e.g. paranoia or schizophrenia.
