Sorry to announce that I have cancelled this course. 
Mindfulness for Insight and Grounding
This course is suitable for students who have completed the first course and wish to take their practice to a deeper level. But also for those who have tried some meditation and want to discover the methods and philosophy of Zen. 
Philosophy and Content  It is aimed at looking deeper into mindfulness and meditation. We will cover a number of Zen meditation techniques and practices designed to explore what it means to develop a sense of physical and energetic grounding, and to have an understanding of yourself and the nature of reality. The only prerequisite is a keen desire or intention to know more about who you really are! For further details go to the  Course Content.

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND EVERY WEEK?      
​It is quite common that someone can't make it to all of the sessions. With this in mind I will be uploading a video of the lesson alongside the Keynote presentation and of course an audio file of the new meditation each week to a file sharing site. So that even when you miss a session you can keep up with the course and maintain your practice at home.

  • Location: The Lotus Room, Fennel Street, Loughborough
  • Cost: 115 this includes all the course materials and recorded guided meditations for you to practice at home.
