Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing
Both meditation and mindfulness help you to develop the inner resources to cope with the challenges you face in life. This course is suitable if you want a complete introduction to meditation but also if you need to deal with particular stress related problems.
Please note that you need no prior experience to do this course, but to gain the full benefits you need to commit to 25 mins practice each day for the full 8 weeks.
