Mondays from the 9th January to the 27th February 

Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing
Both meditation and mindfulness help you to develop the inner resources to cope with the challenges you face in life. This course is suitable if you want a complete introduction to meditation but also if you need to deal with particular stress related problems.

Please note that you need no prior experience to do this course, but to gain the full benefits you need to commit to 25 mins practice each day for the full 8 weeks.​

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND EVERY WEEK?      
​It is quite common that someone can't make it to all of the sessions. With this in mind I will be uploading a video of the lesson alongside the Keynote presentation and of course an audio file of the new meditation each week to a file sharing site. So that even when you miss a session you can keep up with the course and maintain your practice at home. 

COVID PRECAUTIONS
In the unlikely event of another lockdown during the course, we will move over to zoom to complete the course.

  • Location: The Lotus Room, Fennel Street, Loughborough
  • Cost: £125 this includes all the course materials and recorded guided meditations for you to practice at home.
